My post had a great title, but what I really wanted to say was that I was feeling my body react to my yoga moves better than anything else. I was feeling more connected to my body, and I was having less and less trouble focusing on my breath. The post went on to say that I was feeling my body respond to certain poses better than others, which was exactly what I was feeling. I mentioned that I was feeling a lot more connected, and that there were certain poses that were working for me. In my second post I mentioned that I had started learning yoga. I decided to write a follow up post about how I was feeling so disconnected from my body, and that was the first post on yt. You can’t do yoga without connecting to your mind because your breath is the medium that ties both together.Ī couple of months back I wrote a post about my yoga practice, and how I was feeling more and more disconnected from my body, and how that was a big part of why I was losing my motivation to continue my practice. I gave up the practice of yoga after a few years due to various reasons, but now that I have more time, I’m back into this practice.
